Vertigo

I started out my goal of watching all of the Alfred Hitchcock movies with Veritgo. I had seen it before but I forgot the plot twists so it was awesome. I am going to enjoy this goal a lot.

Netflix is Awesome

Wow I have been on a crazy movie watching bender* ever since I got Netflix. I watched Dances with Wolves and Amadeus yesterday. And today I watched March of the Penguins. I had never seen all of Dances with Wolves I was quite impressed. Then as a kid Amadeus was one of my favorite movies, so yesterday was a pleasure. Today watching March of the Penguins was a little more difficult. I didn't think it was all that great. Maybe I need to watch it on a bigger screen to be more impressed by the visuals. I am looking forward to watching Ciamron tonight. Its the first western to win Best Picture.

*Hopefully it won't mess up my grades too bad.

Netflix

I signed up for Netflix the other day and I just watched 2 of the first 3 movies the sent me. I feel like a movie glutton. Especially it took like 6 hours to watch them both. I am pretty excited about the movie watching goal. The main reason is that I have now watched the last 20 years of Best Pictures. Number 2 is there is only one Best Picture Netflix doesn't have. And 3 I can watch so watch so many of the Alfred Hitchcock films over the internet. So while it feels like it will take up a lot of time watching these movies I am thinking it will be time well spent. Not really but I will get to watch a ton of movies.

Turning Point?

I have been fairly bogged down with school and the craziness of moving and letting little things get in the way of accomplishing my goals. So I am hoping that now that I am for the most part moved in I will be able to get on track. I am going out on a lot of dates. Plus I signed up for netflix so can get all of the movie watching done.

I feel like I am really at a turning point.
